How do I book a real estate photography shoot?
You can book by phone, SMS, or email, and we’ll guide you through the process to ensure the right package for your property.
We also offer an easy online booking system for returning clients.
How far in advance should I book a property shoot?
We recommend booking as early as possible to allow time for property preparation, staging, and scheduling—especially during busy real estate periods.
What happens after I book?
Once booked, you’ll receive:

• Instant booking confirmation

• A reminder SMS 2 hours before your shoot

This ensures everything runs smoothly on the day.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule via our booking system.

• We monitor weather conditions and may suggest rescheduling for best results

• Minimum 8 hours notice is required to avoid cancellation fees  
   

DELIVERY & TURNAROUND
How fast is delivery for real estate photos and videos?

• Photos & floor plans: Delivered by 11am the next day

• Property videos: Delivered between next day and 3 business days depending on the package

Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes. Our photos, floor plans, and Express Video packages are delivered the next day, making us one of the fastest turnaround teams on the Central Coast.
Can I get same-day delivery if needed?
In urgent situations, same-day delivery may be available. Please call us directly to discuss.

What happens if the property isn’t ready?
If the property is not ready, the shoot may need to be rescheduled and a call-out fee may apply.
Do you offer styling services?
We provide light styling adjustments on-site, but for best results we recommend using a professional property stylist.

Do you use flash or natural light in your photography?
We use a combination of flash and ambient light:

• Flash for clean, bright, professional interiors

• Natural light for exteriors and dusk shots

What editing is included in your photography service?
Our premium editing includes:

Can you remove large objects or unwanted items?

Are your floor plans accurate?
Yes. We use laser measurements and hand-drawn plans, ensuring higher accuracy than mobile app-based floor plans.
Do you include site plans?
Yes. We provide detailed site plans when required.
Can you measure sheds, granny flats, and additional structures?
Yes. We can measure all property structures and amenities, including sheds, cabins, and secondary dwellings.
