2. Online Orderforms to be used - We will not be accepting orders via sms, as quite often these are overlooked or are forgotten by the end of the day. When placing orderform you should receive a confirmation email.

3. All propertys are to be ready to shoot (before photographer gets there) - I have supplied each agency with Photography checklists. Please make sure ALL vendors/tenants receive this.

4. If Agent wants to move/remove funishings please make sure this is done before photographer gets there. Additional fees will be added if photographer has to wait for house to be rearranged.

As a guide the time allocated for the standard shoot 8x Photos is 30 minutes and add 30 minutess for a single lvl floorplan.

5. If agent is not attending shoot the home will be shot "As Is" - Agent must supply list of shots required. Photographer will remove minor items(tea towels,dish rack, tv remotes)

6. If Photographer is asked to return to property to take extra photos there will be a minimum callout fee of $75.00
